Best Dentist in the 478. I went in yesterday and was very nervous but the staff was amazing by assuring me everything was going to be ok. Once the Dentist came in which was very fast he did a wonderful job. I did have a hard time because I was scared but it was My Anxiety. If you’re looking for A dentist office that Will be patient with you. I advise Clark General dentistry.

Dr. Clark is compassionate and witty. He also takes time to understand your overall health, in order to determine the best course of treatment for your dental needs. His dental techs are caring and detail-oriented. Great job, Daysha! Trust me, the service provided is well worth the wait.

Hands down one of the best experiences at this dental office. With someone who has 15 years in the field, I was more than comfortable at this practice. From beginning to end , Kimberly took the time to work on making sure my insurance was in order for my visit, Jennifer the hygienist was very thorough yet gentle at the same time, and Dr. Clark has amazing bedside manner who is also thorough and very personable. 10/10. Will be recommending anyone who asks where they should go. I appreciate knowing I’m in good hands! Thank you!

It took me a while to find a dentist with my plan. When I found Clark I was a bit concerned. It is an hour from my home. I had not taken proper care of my teeth over the years. My smile was gone. Dr. Clark and his staff has been nothing short of outstanding. They explain what and why we doing a procedure. The instructions when you leave are crystal clear. It is a joy to see customer service at its best. My smile is beautiful now, thanks to a caring team.

I had an appointment today at Clark General Dentistry Center for a cleaning I sat in the waiting room then the lady called me and said I had a balance of $626.00 that my insurance had exhausted. I was like why wasn't I informed before now. She said I wouldn't be able to see the doctor I was like why wasn't my appointment cancelled and someone from the office called me and say I had a balance. I took off work to come in. I went on and paid a $140 but I was very upset that they handle business like that. This is so unprofessional and to treat your patience like this. I could tell that the lady could care less what I was saying. No empathy nothing she was like no you can't see the doctor and you can set up a payment plan. I was still trying to figure out Why did you all let the balance get so high before you informed me. Someone in the back said they would go ahead and do the cleaning. I have anxiety and I felt my throat closing up and I started coughing and tears forming I had to get out of there so I told her I couldn't stay. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED this Office. I was treated Horribly I will pay the balance but I won't go back. Awful 😞😞😞
